Premiere Pro High Quality Export Settings Preset

This is the preset I use to post high quality Instagram Reels / TikTok videos / Youtube Videos etc.

Installation

To import the preset simply select the 'Import Preset' button located right next to the 'Preset' field in the Export Settings dialog box.

When you import, the .epr file will be automatically copied over to your Presets subfolder.
